My wife and I worked with Charlotte to find a home for our growing family. We met with her on a Friday and asked if, by any chance, she would be able to show us a home we both liked the next day. Well, Charlotte and her assistant Jennifer, went above and beyond and scheduled a viewing for that same day. Which was a very good thing becuase there was already another offer being made on the house and if we had waited another day we might have missed out ententirely. We quickly put our offer in the mix and Charlotte worked closely with the seller's realtor to keeps us notified of the status. We were asked to give our "best and final offer" and Charlotte advised us as to how much we should increase our original offer. In the end, our offer was accepted and then began the inspection process. We were purchasing an older home so we wanted to have several inspections completed. Jennifer scheduled all of the inspections and followed through to make sure they were completed. After about two weeks everything was completed and we were ready to close. The sellers were out of town but that did not inhibit the closing process one bit. The only snafu was that the sellers title company double booked our closing but Charlotte quickly resolved the issue by getting them to agree to close at her regular title company. All in all, it was a very smooth process from beginning to end and that is all due to Charlotte and Jennifer's diligence. My wife and I could not be happier in our decision to work with Charlotte's team.
